I have worked with Debi Katsmar for two years to add functionality and programs to my Zoho software. Now, I took that collaboration one step further. Debi has created BAAB, Business Accelerator Advisory Board, which I immediately joined. The mastermind group is designed to help business owners like me to challenge our assumptions about business, work to maximize opportunities and overcome challenges. We explore different aspects of our business each month such as Contingency Planning, Email Marketing and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). We have already identified various areas for changes. The result is that I see my business more clearly and have a better defined set of metrics to advance my company to the next level.
