BAAB Office Hours are weekly drop-in sessions exclusively for members of the Business Accelerator Advisory Board. Unlike the structured monthly sessions, Office Hours are flexible and practical. Bring a question, a draft plan, a bottleneck, or simply a situation you need clarity on. You will receive focused guidance, peer perspective, and structured input to help you move forward with confidence.
Participation is limited to active BAAB members to ensure trust, continuity, and meaningful discussion.

Many business owners carry strategy in their heads — decisions, trade-offs, priorities, and risks that no one else fully sees. Over time, that mental load creates friction, misalignment, and repeated conversations.
In this session, we will explore how to move from isolated decision-making to structured thinking that creates shared clarity across marketing, sales, and operations. Through guided exercises and peer discussion, members will begin externalizing key decisions and building simple frameworks that reduce mental overload and strengthen alignment.
