Give Your Event A Registration Boost

Boost your registration with discount codes. Early Bird rate or special organization rates are examples of ways to use the discount or promo code.


So you have created your event and sent the invitations, but no one is registering as early as you hoped. What we have found, is in many cases, the initial invite sent was generated too far away from the event. People just don’t like to plan that far out. Especially in the summer months. From all the events we have created and administered on-line over the years, 75% of registrants leave it until the week of the event to register.

So how do you get people to register early? Have you tried a promo code? Basically a discount for registering early. This principal works regardless of what method of registration you are using on-line or traditional – give your registrants a date to register by for a special discount and chances are, if they are thinking of going they will register early. The discount offered has to be worth it however. $5.00 off of $125  registration fee won’t do it, but $50 off a $125 registration fee WILL!
