PRowl Communications had the pleasure of designing, procuring content, selling advertisements and arranging the printing for the 2015 Ottawa Motorcycle Official Show Magazine for 2015.
Working with show organizers for five of the six years the show has operated, PRowl Communications (YDV Group) is responsible for the marketing of the show through the design and content for their website, social media campaigns, print ads, as well as sponsorship packages and sales to potential sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers. In previous years, PRowl Communications has produced a show program on newsprint. This year, PRowl and the show organizers stepped it up a notch by producing a full gloss, full colour magazine to better showcase the sponsors, exhibitors and promote the industry and show in general.
Providing event management services for organizations big and small is only one of the services offered by PRowl Communications. Part of the process is listening to the sponsors, exhibitors and attendees to give them more of what they are looking for in a successful event. One of the complaints from previous years was that the show program did not offer enough good information to make it worth keeping around. Attendees did not like the newsprint and the size made it awkward for reading easily and conveniently.
Content was sought out from renown writers throughout the world as well as from sponsors and exhibitors at the 2015 show who had interesting information to share with the attendees. Ad sales were good.
Over all the new Ottawa International Motorcycle Show Official Magazine was extremely well received by the show organizers, the sponsors, exhibitors and more importantly the show attendees.
