Are You A Fence-Sitter?

You say you want to grow your business. More leads, better systems, stronger results. So why are you half-showing up and sitting on the fence? Lately, I’ve seen a string of business owners pay for consulting, strategy, even full projects—then disappear when it’s time to participate. This isn’t about being busy. It’s about being present. And if you’re investing in growth, you need to be in it all the way.

Is This You?

You say you want more leads. More sales. A better system. A stronger strategy. You say you’re ready to invest in your business.

But then…

You ghost the process.

And I get it—sort of. Running a business is a lot. You're being pulled in 14 directions before noon most days. But if you’ve paid for consulting, joined a group session, or signed off on a project and then disappear when it’s your turn to participate… that’s not a time issue, it’s a presence issue.

You have to show up for the work. Not just with your credit card. You need to show up mentally. Strategically. Emotionally, even.

And here's the truth no one wants to say:

I can't care more about your success than you do.


When you invest in consulting, or any growth activity—strategy sessions, a new website, CRM setup, coaching, you’re not buying an outcome. You’re buying the opportunity to get the outcome. And that opportunity only works if you do.

I’m here to make things easier, clearer, and more effective. Not magic.

You still know your business better than I do. (Or at least, you should.)
My job is to help you see it differently, sharpen it, systematize it, and push it where it needs to go.

But you have to be in it. Not just kind of. Not just sometimes. Fully. Present.

The Shift Forward: What You Can Do

  • Block time for YOUR business. You're not too busy—you’re just booked for other people. Fix that.
  • Be honest. If something's not working, say so. We’ll fix it together.
  • Treat it like a team sport. You’re not alone in this—but I can’t play the whole game for you.
  • Decide if you’re in or out. Fence-sitting doesn’t grow businesses.

You’ve already said you want the growth. You’re probably paying for it.

So let’s actually make it happen.
Be present. Be invested. Be the CEO your business needs.
