Our Instagram Marketing Process

During the Setup Month

• We will set up an initial briefing meeting, where we can complete and agree on the brief.
• Our team will conduct an analysis of your Instagram profile and make any necessary recommendations.
• We will then update the profile if required.
• Our team will research and create the content to be posted on Instagram as required, including any visuals, captions, and hashtags.
• Following your review and approval, we will revise the content and schedule it to be published.

During a Regular Month

• We will research and use appropriate hashtags.
• We will create the visuals and captions for all content in advance.
• Following your approval, we will schedule content.
• Our team will endeavour to grow your followers on the account and increase reach.
• We will compile a monthly report and send it to you.

We have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions. If the answer you are looking for is not, please contact us.  

• How Does Payment Work?

  Unlike most offerings, our service is priced in Canadian $s. To initiate our services, payment of the first month plus a one time setup fee is required. Subsequent months will be paid via subscription model from your credit card or paypal. There is no contract, however we recommend a minimum of three months to assess the progress. Cancellation can be given with 15 days written notice.

• Can I post my own content as well?
  Of course, in fact it is highly recommend. A service such as this is not set to do current happenings and the fun things that help set your brand apart from your competition.
• What do I need to provide to use this service?
  We will meet with you online or in person if local, to discuss all that is required, provide a form for you to complete for branding requirements and content requests. We will also require access to your instagram account, ideally through your meta business centre or instagram directly. Alternatively, we also have a social media management tool you could subscribe to if needed as well.
• Once I have received and approved content and it is scheduled, can changes be made?
  Yes, if an offer or content is no longer valid changes can be made with appropriate notice. We highly recommend planning your offers and goals for each month - we can assist with this if requested.
• Do you create video as part of the Instagram marketing service?
  Unfortunately, we do not create video as part of this service, however if you supply us with your video content, we can add it to the mix of content. We do however create video as an add-on service if required and for some of our other social marketing services. Contact us!
• Can I share the content you create on my other social channels?
  Yes, of course you can. In fact it is recommended. Note - not all content would be suitable for all channels. We also recommend the content is shared on different days than the instagram post to spread out the content.
• How does support work - is it help modules and bots or a live representative?
  We have a variety of options available to you. We have a support desk, where you can submit a support ticket directed to your account rep - this option is highly recommended as it documents the request. During office hours, you can chat with us directly through the chat feature on our website (not a bot). Alternatively, you contact us 289-362-4004 any time or by emailing your account manager.
• I love your instagram service, do you have a comparable service for other social channels?
  We certainly do! We have a standalone services for most channels that works in the same manner as the instagram social marketing service. AND, we also have a service that combines three (3) social channels - typically facebook, instagram and linkedin or twitter, OR our premium social media management service for a complete coverage.  Add-ons are available.
